Identifies the specification of content and rules that apply to the transaction.

Identifies the BII profile or business process context in which the transaction appears.

Document identifier
BEAst: T6406 Order receipt response ID when used as a response to the Advanced Despatch Advice. T3385 Receiving advice number when used as a confirmation of received goods/service. Peppol: The identity of the Receipt Advice set by the sender. It must be a unique identity. The Identity together with the Issue Date and Issue Time gives the version of the Receipt Advice.

BEAst: T6325, Document Date/Time. Peppol: The date when the Receipt Advice was issued. Format = "YYYY-MM-DD"

Receipt Advice Issue Time.
BEAst: T6325, Document Date/Time. Peppol: The time when the Receipt Advice is issued. Format = "HH:MM:SS+timezone". Timezone is optional to use. If omitted, the local timezone where the document was issued should be assumed.

Receipt Advice Status Code
A code signifying the status of the Receipt Advice. Default is Original (9)

Receipt Advice Type Code
A code signifying the type of the Receipt Advice - Response to the Advanced Despatch Advice (D) or Response to the received Shipment (S).

A reference to the Advanced Despatch Advice.

Additional document reference
Reference to additional documents relevant for this Receipt Advice. Can also be used for additional information on header level.

Consignee information
The Consignee is the person or organization to which the products will be or has been shipped and who is taking possession. It also defines the sender of the Receipt Advice. The role is carried out by the customer or on behalf of the customer.

Despatching party information
The Despatch Party is the person or organization who provides (despatch) the goods or services. It also defines the receiver of the Receipt Advice. The role is carried out by the supplier or on behalf of the supplier.

Buyer
The buyer is the legal person or organization who buys or purchases the goods or services. The role is carried out by the customer or on behalf of the customer.

Seller
The seller is the legal person or organization who sells goods or services to the customer. The role is carried out by the supplier or on behalf of the supplier.

Shipment information
Use the Shipment group only when the Receipt Advice is used as a response to a received shipment.

Receipt Line
A line detailing a kind of item received.
