cbc:ActualDeliveryTime

The date on which the supply of goods or services was made or completed according to the delivery term. Used only when Advanced Despatch Advice is sent after delivery. Format = "hh:mm:ss+timezone". Timezone is optional to use. If omitted, the local timezone where the delivery was made should be assumed.
